Bede Island, Leicester

Designed by Stephen George & Partners and completed by Wilson Bowden Developments in 2004, Bede Island is a 150,000 sq ft office development in the centre of Leicester. Built in partnership with the East Midlands Development Agency, the scheme formed part of a wider redevelopment which included offices, residential, retail units, pubs, bars and restaurants.
