Wilson Bowden Developments were approached by the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP) to help promote their Growing Places Fund (GPF) project.
Optimus Point, Wilson Bowden's new 65 acre logisitcs and distrubition site was kick-started by a £4.5m GPF loan from the LLEP, which contributed to the surrounding access and infrastructure works.
It is a scheme that Wilson Bowden has benefitted enormously from, allowing the company to secure major development deals for the contruction of two large speculative units with a combined floor space of 481,000 sq ft, and complete a 30,000 sq ft deal with Everards for a new logistics facility.
David Ward, Planning Director at Wilson Bowden Developments assisted Nick Pulley, Chair of the LLEP in the video promotion along with other beneficiaries from the GPF.
