Everards Completes at Optimus

Wilson Bowden Developments are proud to announce the successful completion of a 30,000 sq ft new warehouse and distribution building for Everards brewery at Optimus Point, situated directly off junction 21a of the M1 motorway.
The 2.4-acres site at the Optimus Point is to support a planned new head office it wants to build - including a cask ale brewery and shop - at Everards Meadows, next to the county police headquarters, in Enderby, Leicestershire.
Everards represents one of the first Occupiers at Optimus Point, and further cements the business park as one of the prime, most sought after, warehouse / distribution locations in the Midlands.
