With construction now complete, the market-leading development offers 430,000 sq ft of prime commercial and warehouse space, available to let. The two units of 95,500 and 335,000 sq ft have been developed to a BREEAM 'Very Good' specification and an EPC 'A' rating.
- Leicester 335 provides 335,000 sq ft of strategically located warehouse space and three-storey offices, with 15m clear internal height and 55m yard depth.
- Leicester 95 offers 95,500 sq ft of warehouse space with a 12m clear internal height, 90 car parking spaces and a 50m yard depth.
Speaking about the development, Goodman UK Development Director Nigel Dolan, said:
"Leicester Commercial Park offers high quality, Grade A space in an unrivalled location, directly on the junction of the M69/M1. With strong market demand, the development is ideally placed to serve the needs of our customers and will provide much needed new logistics space in the East Midlands."
Both units are the latest developments to be delivered through the Goodman UK Partnership (GUKP), the investment vehicle for all UK logistics assets developed and sourced by Goodman.
Henry Henson, Development Manager, Wilson Bowden, added:
"We are happy to once again be partnering with Goodman to bring Leicester Commercial Park to market with the availability of two new facilities in a truly stand-out location. Demand for high quality logistics and warehouse accommodation throughout the East Midlands continues to outstrip supply and these units will provide a strategic base for customers who want to benefit from being at the heart of the UK, with excellent access to the national motorway network."
